Hoffman & Preetham Sky Scattering in UDK

After 2 weeks of absolute pain with this guy, finally got this working.  A very useful starting point has been Simon Wallner's implementation and Martinsh' (based in Wallner).
For my version, I fixed the duskfall colors and changed the sun shape for a smoother one.
